President Bill Aiken was pleased to present Tessa Barrett with the Vice President’s chain at an event held at Bangor Golf Club recently.
A long-term resident of Bangor and lecturer at SERC, Tessa is now in place to take the role of President Elect from July of this year, and Club President from July 2026.
President Bill thanked Tessa for stepping up to the role and said the Club looks forward to her leadership. “We now have two excellent Rotarians in place to lead our Club into the future,” Bill said. “Bill Keery will be our President for 2025/26 and Tessa will follow him for the following year.
“Bangor Rotary continues to plan for the future and we are grateful for these two exemplary Rotarians for taking on the important role of President over the next two years and we stand ready to help them take Bangor Rotary to new heights.”
