Immediate Past President Gavin hands over the chain of office to James O’Fee with President Elect Bill Aiken.

President James O’Fee took the helm at Bangor Rotary when he received the President’s Chain from immediate Past President Gavin Walker.

With many Club members and guests present, the atmosphere at the meeting was positive uplifting as the Club anticipated the excitement of the new Rotary Year.

President James, who outlined his plans for the year at the recent Club Assembly, reiterated his understanding that while as President he might be the ‘Big Chief’for the next 12 months, there are many experienced and wise previous ‘Big Chiefs’ in the Club on whom he is depending for support and advice.

…and it’s one, two, three – one, two, three!
