Bangor Rotary has elected as an Honorary Member of the club the distinguished obstetrician and gynaecologist, Professor Jim Dornan.Professor Dornan addressed the recent Rotary Ireland Annual Conference on “Woman- the Journey is Far from Over”, where he received a standing ovation.
Professor Dornan grew up in Bangor but spent much of his medical career away from the town. He has more recently returned to live in the area.
