Dr Evelyn Collins CBE was the Keynote Speaker at the recent Bangor Rotary Charity BreakfastDr Collins has served for 17 years as Chief Executive of the Equalities Commission for Northern Ireland. Her address ranged over several subjects – her background, her commitment to equality, and her leadership of the organisation, which was fused from several pre-existing and smaller bodies.
