Bangor Rotarians and friends recently undertook the first part of a two-part fundraising Rotary Ride to support the work of research into Prostrate Cancer. This indoor event on a static bike will be followed up on September 23 with a road ride from Bangor to Donaghadee and back.
The event took place at the Bloomfield Centre in Bangor and the Mayor, Councillor Jennifer Gilmour, joined the effort which raised a total of £585.
