Local Scout Evan Fleming spoke to the members of the Rotary Club of Bangor recently encouraging them – or colleagues – to consider volunteering as Scout Leaders.
The Scouting Movement is growing from strength to strength with many Troops holding a waiting list for membership.
Evan explained that further growth is being hampered by the numbers of young people interested far outstripping the number of volunteer leaders required to bring them all into the Movement.
