We recently received a Ukrainian Taskforce Appeal newsletter from Rotary GB&I which indicated they were looking for knitted hats for newborn babies.
Talented knitter Rea Watson needed no further encouragement to get out the needles and run up a full dozen of the small bonnets in response to the Appeal.
These have now been sent on and are being used to good effect in Ukraine. A personal, loving and generous response to what is an unimaginable horror for both mothers and babies.
