Bangor Rotary Christmas Dinner

December 13 @ 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm

£25

7pm for 7.30 pm – Dress Formal – Black Tie  (Past President Jewels and  Paul Harris Fellow medals should be worn)


Cost is £ 25 per Head (This will be collected on the Night) This is the annual Christmas Dinner for Members and Partners

There will be a drinks reception from 7 pm when A Glass of Wine or A Soft Drink will be available

The menu is below. When advising if you will be attending, please advise your choice so that catering can be organised.

ROTARY CHRISTMAS DINNER MENU

13th of December 2023 at 7 pm for 7.30 pm

STARTERS

A: Soup: roasted butternut squash & thyme with crème fraiche, freshly baked bread roll

B: Salmon Fishcakes with sweet chilli dressing & crunchy Asian slaw

C: Chicken liver & brandy pate, spiced apricot & apple chutney, toasted ciabatta crostini

D: Beetroot & goat’s cheese terrine with candied walnuts, balsamic vinegar served  on toasted sourdough

MAINS

E: Roast Antrim turkey breast, honey-glazed Gammon, sage & onion stuffing, pork chipolatas & cranberry Sauce

F: Slow roast Sirloin of Beef, homemade Yorkshire Pudding with a rich beef gravy

G: Loin of Pork with Apricot & pine nut stuffing, served with a cider apple jus 

H: Oven Baked Salmon Fillet with pearl onion & asparagus fricassee

I: Roast butternut squash, chickpea & spinach curry with basmati rice

** All Roasts are served with root vegetable, buttered sprouts, creamed potatoes & beef dripping roast potatoes **

DESSERTS

J: Fresh Fruit Pavlova, mixed berry compote

K: Lemon posset, fresh raspberries & crunchy honeycomb

L: White chocolate & baileys cheesecake, burnt orange sauce & fresh cream 

N: Christmas pudding with rich brandy & butter sauce
