President Robin Mussen welcomed Dr Joan Smyth CBE to the Club’s meeting on Wednesday 26 March 2014. In a very interesting address to Rotarians, Dr Smyth outlined her work in connection with the management of both public and private sector organisations, responsible for delivering a wide range of services throughout Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
