Barry Greenaway shares BGS history with Club

Rotary Club of BangorBarry Greenaway is a retired schoolmaster and Army officer (TA, UDR and Cadets), totaling forty-seven years.

He was a Senior Housemaster at The Royal School Armagh and later Bangor Grammar School where he was also Librarian.

Barry is currently the Archivist for Bangor Grammar School and Groomsport Parish Church.

His visit to the Rotary Club of Bangor was in his capacity as Archivist for Bangor Grammar School and his box of goodies included the only existing copy of the original legal documents providing the land for the building of the school and the original manuscript of the school song, Comgall noster, Columbanus.
