It was a full house at the wonderful SERC Birches restaurant as the Rotary Club of Bangor descended in a wave of unusual headgear and green finery to celebrate the Irish Saint’s Day in some style.
With beautiful harp music, intriguing storytelling and even a singalong organised by Rtn Barbara Boyle, the Shamrock was well wetted by night’s end.
President Margaret hosted the evening with her usual style and wit and revelers returned home fed, watered, informed and entertained.
