A Special General Meeting of the Rotary Club of Bangor will be held on Wednesday 24 th January 2024. The purpose of the meeting is to –

1. Approve the Minutes of the last Special General Meeting held in 2023.
2. Approve the Accounts for the year ended 30 June 2023
3. Nominate the following officers of the Rotary Club of Bangor
   • President for the year 2024/2025
   • Senior Vice President (i.e. President Elect ) for
     the year 2024/2025
   • Junior Vice President for the year 2024/2025
   • Honorary Secretary for the year 2024/2025
   • Honorary Treasurer for the year 2024/2025
   • Elect voting delegates for RIBI Governance 2024/2025
   • Elect substitute voting delegates for RIBI 2024/2025
   • A.O.B.
