DESCRIPTION:St Patrick’s Themed 5 Course Dinner\n\nThe Birches Restaurant\,  South Eastern Regional College (SERC )\, Bangor\n Tuesday 19th March 2024 6:15 p.m. for  6:30 p.m\nCost £25  – payment to be provided to the Restaurant by mid-February 2024 ( this excludes a gratuity to the Restaurant – contribution to be collected on the night ).\nCash  or  cheques please to be provided to Past Pres. Raymond Boyd ( cheques to be made payable to Bangor Rotary Club)\,\n\nMAXIMUM CAPACITY of 40 persons in the Dining Room. \n\nAttendance sheet available during Rotary meetings. \n\nThere will be plenty of car parking spaces available in the Gransha Road car park. \n\nThe Birches Restaurant is on the 3rd floor (Floor C )\,  please use the lift and turn left to walk down the corridor\, although a trusty\, well-trained Rotarian will be on hand for those easily lost! \n\nPlease advise Past Pres. Raymond in advance of any dietary needs. \nBar facilities will be available on the night. \n\nDRESS CODE – ‘ Smart Casual ‘  – it has been suggested that\, if you wish\, you may dress to reflect in the evening’s theme. \nPlanned entertainment is harp/ short talk and band music (after food). \n\nThere will not be a seating plan \, so\, choose your seat on arrival. \n\nAny queries – please direct to Past Pres. Raymond or  Rtn. Barbara. \nPlease note that the Restaurant must be vacated by 8.45 p.m. to llow the young staff to get home.
